Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and plan all vehicle creative needs, including reveal and launch photography, running footage, lifestyle imagery, AWD/weather-specific content, special edition/series photography, and CGI assets.
  • Manage vehicle content needs across agency partners, ensuring all creative assets are aligned with strategy, delivered on time and within budget, and deployed on appropriate platforms.
  • Oversee the production of consumer-facing vehicle content, ensuring cross-departmental collaboration and cost efficiencies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to establish deadlines and approval processes for vehicle launch campaigns.
  • Support Advertising Production Specialist on selecting hero imagery and messaging for Subaru.com for each vehicle reveal and model load.
  • Plan and manage consumer-facing content for vehicle technologies such as EyeSight, infotainment, walkarounds, safety, and engineering.
  • Manage the vehicle retailer wallet program to ensure retailers have access to appropriate advertising assets aligned with vehicle launch timing.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies to develop and deliver retail materials aligned with Subaru.com model load timing.
  • Co-manage the vehicle brochure program and retailer recoveries, making strategic and budgetary decisions.
  • Oversee advertising vehicle fleet and vendor operations, including procurement, parts sourcing, painting, and retrofitting.
  • Coordinate with Product Management, Marketing, and Subaru Corporation on model year changes and their impact on creative assets.
  • Lead the internal approval process for vehicle content at the manager level, escalating as needed.
  • Attend and oversee advertising productions, especially embargoed shoots, to ensure brand and strategy alignment.
  • Maintain and manage the Merchandising Budget, supporting forecasting, tracking, and accruals.
  • Identify and resolve issues impacting scope, timing, or budget proactively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and digital platforms to identify content opportunities using data insights.
  • Manage the Real-Time Engine (RTE) program and lead monetization strategies to offset program costs.
  • Support CAD data requests to SBR and streamline CAD to RTE processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings with agencies and marketing partners.
  • Manage relationships with The Designory, Inc., and oversee related projects.
  • Handle documentation for vehicle content needs, including briefs, campaign documents, calendars, and estimates.
  • Own the Vehicle Content Capture process and ensure compliance.
  • Support continuous improvement in content research, analytics, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in advertising production, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments.
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to be responsive and flexible to evolving responsibilities and industry conditions.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to motivate agencies, partners, and direct reports.
  • Intuitive and proactive in supporting marketing priorities.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Budget management skills.

Qualifications
