About the Role

The Aftersales Marketing Intern at BMW is responsible for supporting the planning, development, and implementation of marketing initiatives that promote customer loyalty and contribute to sales of BMW and MINI Aftersales products and services. The role offers an environment where interns can learn by doing, take on responsibilities from day one, and contribute to innovative marketing campaigns within a pioneering brand culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support communications to increase awareness and sales of BMW and MINI Aftersales products and services.
  • Maximize exposure through effective execution of campaigns including ATL and BTL.
  • Work with media agencies to develop and implement effective media opportunities for selected campaigns.
  • Support all aspects of campaign development and implementation of marketing support materials for BMW and MINI Aftersales including creative briefs to agencies, content approvals, and daily management of project including timeline and budget.
  • Support with Retailer communication and implementation for all related campaigns for effective front-line execution.
  • Work alongside BMW and MINI Brand Communication teams to ensure a high level of exposure for Aftersales products and services within annual BMW and MINI events.
  • Support with all Aftersales CRM touchpoints.
  • Support with managing Aftersales content within BMW & MINI digital platforms.
  • Support the continuous development, maintenance, and performance of the Retailer facing Aftersales Hub.
  • Assist with other Digital Marketing initiatives outside of Aftersales as needed.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master's degree program at an accredited college or university.
  • Field of study: Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Communication, Psychology.
  • Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript.
  • Ability to work full-time (37.5 hours/week).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time-management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability of 12 months.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a relevant college or university program.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
