AI-Driven Marketing Coordinator & Campaign Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the launch of marketing campaigns from concept to execution to generate marketing-qualified leads and sales-qualified pipeline.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI tools that can enhance lead generation, sales efficiency, and marketing automation.
• Identify, test, and integrate AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, predictive analytics, and AI-driven sales automation into existing workflows.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand pain points and identify areas for AI and automation improvements.
• Continuously analyze AI solutions, gather feedback, and fine-tune processes to maximize performance and ROI.
• Use AI-powered insights to optimize targeting, scoring, and engagement strategies to generate high-quality leads and increase conversion rates.
• Leverage AI analytics to provide data-driven recommendations for smarter business decisions.

Requirements

• Passionate marketer interested in experimenting with campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Organized individual capable of prioritizing and delegating tasks effectively.
• Genuine interest and curiosity about technology, AI tools, and their application in business processes.
• Interest or experience in sales and marketing operations.
• Basic knowledge of CRM or database systems, with Salesforce experience being a plus.
• Analytical mindset with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with Salesforce
• Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and other interactive LLMs
• Familiarity with marketing software including Go High Level, Pardot, Unbounce, Wordpress, Clay, Webflow, Zapier, Outreach.io, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Asana

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in sales and marketing operations.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
