About the Role

Are you passionate about artificial intelligence, automation, and process optimization? Do you want to apply your skills to help a law firm grow and scale by integrating AI into everything from lead generation to client intake to legal services delivery? If so, this could be the opportunity you're looking for! We are seeking a hands-on AI Integrator (Legal Operations Specialist) for our Miami office. This is an in-person position with a hybrid option. The role is designed for a doer — someone who thrives on building, implementing, and optimizing systems. You won't just evaluate tools — you'll set them up, test them, integrate them, and measure their impact.

Key Responsibilities

Implement AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Harvey, Spellbook, etc.) across marketing, sales, and service workflows.
Build automations with platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, Power Automate, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
Develop and optimize prompt libraries for LLMs to improve client intake, marketing content, and legal drafting support.
Map workflows, identify inefficiencies, and apply Lean/Six Sigma practices to streamline operations.
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to customize AI solutions for real-world legal use cases.
Train team members on AI systems and track adoption/ROI metrics.
Stay up-to-date on new AI developments and recommend tools for ongoing improvement.

Requirements

3+ years of experience implementing AI, automation, or process optimization solutions.
High proficiency with LLMs (e.g., prompt engineering, fine-tuning, API integration).
Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Power Automate, Make.com, etc.).
Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and execute projects from design to implementation.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical professionals.
Familiarity with data security, confidentiality, and ethical considerations in AI adoption.

Nice to Have

Legal tech experience is a plus, but not required.
