Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic leader who can drive our Amazon managed services business to the next level with best-in-class strategy, tactics, and execution. The role involves building roadmaps for leveraging Amazon programs such as AMS and Seller Central on behalf of brand partners. The position requires a growth manager with a wide range of marketing and business development skills to creatively grow accounts and increase product sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strategy roadmaps for Amazon program
  • Conduct market research on Amazon, eCommerce, and the digital industry to help stakeholders stay ahead of trends
  • Forecasting and futuring for the Amazon division, leading to actionable insights
  • Facilitate meaningful dialog with C-Level stakeholders at Vendo about new revenue streams within the Amazon ecosystem
  • Execute strategic initiatives for Amazon brand partners
  • Implement Amazon search results strategies
  • Recommend via business proposals Amazon marketing programs, including short and long term programs
  • Assure accuracy of posted listings
  • Submit product certifications
  • Track item rankings
  • Follow up with clients to ensure all items have been submitted
  • Resolve instances of missing or inaccurate data
  • Initiate Clients' Amazon Marketing Programs and Track results
  • Manage content creation, including images, descriptions, and categories of Amazon listings
  • Manage both Seller and Vendor Central platforms
  • Manage customer follow-up emails and customer service
  • Troubleshoot issues with listings
  • Manage Online Store PO's
  • Identify trends and brands and make recommendations
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Amazon-specific experience
  • Market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling skills
  • Ability to create strategies that are tactically executable
  • Define key KPIs for success within your targeted industry
  • Infectious energy for success paired with strong ability to execute
  • Experience in content creation and social media management
  • Experience managing both Seller and Vendor Central platforms
  • Knowledge of PPC and email marketing
  • Ability to drive traffic to site/store and increase conversions
  • Experience in listing management, including images, descriptions, and categories
  • Ability to troubleshoot listing issues and ensure data accuracy

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Amazon Ad page creation
