The Sr. Analyst - Category Management role involves shaping service and product launches, pricing, and growth strategies across multiple clinics, blending strategic analysis with hands-on execution in the fast-growing medical aesthetics space.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate pricing and promotional performance by analyzing pricing opportunities and assessing promotional ROI to inform future strategies.
Manage promotional calendars and execution by owning trackers, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and monitoring in-market performance to ensure flawless delivery.
Analyze service and retail performance by examining treatment and product data to identify trends, client behaviors, and growth opportunities.
Support business cases for new launches by sizing opportunities, assessing risks, and developing data-driven recommendations for services, positioning, and pricing.
Drive cross-functional execution by managing timelines and communications across marketing, supply chain, IT, learning & development, and vendor teams.
Lead industry data analysis by monitoring competitive activity and consumer trends to inform long-range planning and category strategy.
Support provider development initiatives by analyzing metrics, identifying opportunities, and working with subject matter experts to support growth and training effectiveness.
Codify and scale successful strategies by turning learnings into scalable playbooks for growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
2-4 years of relevant experience with success in analytics and category management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
Advanced Excel skills and comfort with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.
Proactive, flexible, and able to independently solve challenges.
Project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities simultaneously and on time.

Nice to Have

Management consulting or strategy experience preferred.

Qualifications

Educational background of a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
