About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of the Integrated Marketing Plans (IMPs) to build strategic relationships with key customers and accounts, focusing on retention, growth, demand generation, and customer advocacy.
• Develop strategic campaigns for customer-facing events and digital lead generation efforts.
• Drive conversion of leads into opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Market Development, and Product Line Management to identify potential opportunities.
• Coordinate growth initiatives to establish brand awareness, preference, loyalty, and drive incremental revenue.
• Create value-added offerings beyond product supply and lead the organization in crafting these offerings.
• Project manage the execution of all marketing campaigns and content creation for the segment, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Understand the market segment, applications, and solutions to develop segment expertise.
• Engage with market peers to deepen segment knowledge.
• Lead projects to conclusion, becoming a subject matter expert for the market and industry, and utilize analytics and dashboards to track client engagement.
• Support communication strategies through specialized media channels for the segment.
• Work with sales teams to ensure they understand and can effectively present value propositions.
• Lead all aspects of product launch and commercialization, supporting marketing strategy creation and execution.
• Develop and execute digital campaigns for lead generation, account-based marketing, social media, email automation, and web landing pages.
• Define value propositions and craft audience-appropriate messaging for focus markets.

Requirements

• Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing plans and campaigns.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and market development.
• Strong project management skills to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of market segments, applications, and solutions within the optical communications industry.
• Proficiency with analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools to track client engagement.
• Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and web content.
• Leadership skills to manage projects and lead initiatives to completion.
• Excellent communication skills to develop messaging and support sales teams.
