Key Responsibilities

Lead and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and display networks.
Manage daily digital operations to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns meet ROI, cost-per-lead, and conversion goals.

Requirements

57 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on high-volume B2C lead generation (10,000+ leads annually).
Proven expertise in Google Local Services Ads (LSA) and Google Paid Search.
Skilled in ZIP code-level targeting and localized campaign strategies.
Data-driven, experimental, and relentlessly focused on optimizing performance and scaling results.

Nice to Have

Experience with growth hacking strategies.

Qualifications

Experience in digital marketing, particularly in high-volume B2C lead generation.

Benefits & Perks

Salary range of $110,000 to $125,000.
