The Loyalty & VIP Analytics team focuses on using data to generate insights, power fact-based decision making, and enable our VIP team to operate more effectively. In this role, you will partner closely with the Loyalty & VIP Growth team to identify and engage high-value customers and provide data and insights to support their efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Build out testing agendas, datasets, and model frameworks for the identification and treatment of potential VIP customers, as well as to drive strategy for the Dynasty Rewards program.
Define measurable goals and create dashboards to monitor the performance of key customer success metrics.
Partner with product managers and operators to define business problems and help design analytically-rigorous solutions.
Conduct analyst-driven deep dives that explore broad topics and inspire new ways of thinking about customers and VIP/Loyalty programs.
Communicate analyses and business results to DraftKings' Loyalty & VIP management.
Work cross-functionally across other parts of the Loyalty & VIP organization, and with teams dedicated to Sportsbook, Casino, Fantasy products, and Marketing.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or another relevant discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in business analytics or data science.
Practical experience with SQL/Snowflake and Tableau.
Knowledge of A/B testing, experimental design, and hypothesis testing methods.
Curiosity to learn about a complex business and a desire to grow as an analyst.

Nice to Have

Python or R experience.

Qualifications

Relevant educational background as specified in requirements.

Benefits & Perks

US base salary range of $76,800.00 - $96,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
Guidance through the process of obtaining a gaming license if required.
