Senior Analyst - Marketing

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large complex data sets and present results in easily digestible visualizations that surface insights and drive action, such as customer profile dashboards and marketing campaign performance dashboards.
• Build data extracts using SQL and Python to curate data sets from multiple data sources necessary for analysis.
• Partner with business teams to understand the full context of data and analysis requests, acting as an internal business advisor.
• Present findings and recommendations to all levels of management, effectively communicating data insights to both technical and non-technical partners.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to standardize analysis workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with data scientists on building predictive models.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4+ years of job-related experience.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI, Web and Marketing analytics (Adobe, Google), and Customer analytics (clustering, segmentation).
• Strong intellectual and analytical curiosity, with the ability to learn new concepts quickly.
• Proven ability to generate insights from data and recommend actionable steps.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with Web and Marketing analytics tools such as Adobe and Google.
• Experience with Customer analytics including clustering and segmentation.
