As the Senior Director, Marketing Analytics, you will be responsible for driving data-informed strategies and optimizing performance for the Consumer Marketing organization, leveraging analytics to improve marketing initiatives and partner strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the Marketing Analytics team, acting as a strategic leader and mentor, fostering professional development, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Participate in talent acquisition, develop retention strategies, and conduct performance reviews to maintain a motivated and high-performing team.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of marketing data from digital channels, offline media, social media, CRM systems, and brand metrics, using data wrangling, cleansing, and visualization tools.
  • Identify actionable insights and emerging trends within the marketing landscape, providing recommendations to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Develop and deploy sophisticated statistical models such as regression analysis, time series forecasting, and predictive modeling for marketing performance evaluation and optimization.
  • Collaborate with Marketing partners to implement advanced analytics solutions like Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and Lifetime Value (LTV) frameworks.
  • Communicate analytical findings clearly and persuasively to senior leadership using visualizations and narratives.
  • Establish strong partnerships with Marketing leads to develop growth strategies and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Partner with the Finance team to align marketing analytics with financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting, translating campaign outcomes into actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in developing, implementing, and managing sophisticated marketing measurement solutions, including MMM and MTA models.
  • Proficiency in causal inference techniques, forecasting models, customer LTV analysis, churn analysis, and customer segmentation.
  • Deep understanding of measurement strategies for both Brand and Performance Marketing initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills to work with high autonomy and effectively present complex analytical findings to diverse stakeholders.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Python/R for data analysis and statistical modeling, and visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
  • Proven ability to partner with Finance to translate marketing analytics into financial forecasts, models, and budgets.
  • Strong growth mindset, proactive attitude, and a drive for continuous learning and improvement.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with implementing and managing marketing measurement solutions such as MMM and MTA.
  • Knowledge of customer lifetime value (LTV), churn analysis, and customer segmentation techniques.
  • Ability to differentiate measurement strategies for Brand and Performance Marketing.

Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing measurement solutions and advanced analytics modeling
