About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Adobe Analytics solutions to enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee the integration of Adobe Analytics with existing systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Provide technical expertise in Adobe Analytics Reporting to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize digital campaigns using analytics data.
• Develop and maintain documentation for analytics processes and configurations.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all analytics platforms.
• Monitor analytics performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Adobe Analytics and digital marketing.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their analytics needs and deliver solutions.
• Mentor junior team members in analytics best practices and tools.
• Drive innovation by exploring new analytics techniques and technologies.
• Support the development of dashboards and reports for various business units.
• Contribute to the client's digital transformation initiatives through advanced analytics.

Requirements

• Possess strong experience in Adobe Analytics Engineering and Reporting.
• Demonstrate knowledge in Social Media Marketing and Online/Digital Marketing.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Show proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
• Have a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies.
• Display effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and day shift schedule.

Nice to Have

• Additional certifications in analytics or digital marketing tools.
• Experience with other analytics or marketing automation platforms.
