About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to strengthen relationships and drive the business growth for key accounts and partners in payment/acquiring business.
• Collaborate with BD, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives, and drive the co-planning with key account executives of payment, marketing and finance.
• Manage the end to end joint marketing planning, initiatives, campaigns, and co-branded activities with partners, including co-branding, social activities, events, CXO activities, and other integrated marketing campaigns, and drive the results optimization.
• Conduct market analysis and research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
• Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on key account management and strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and account-based marketing, with experience in end-to-end marketing planning and execution for social, event, and targeted account activities.
• Knowledge in payment industry and global merchant selling to Asia is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Growth Marketing experience.
