Key Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing team on the development of Email, Packaging, Naming, SMS, and Signage briefs that will achieve brand storytelling objectives.
  • Be a resource for seasonal product knowledge by developing relationships with merchandise and design, staying abreast of in-season product changes, and maintaining and updating the product knowledge doc.
  • Implement and ensure flawless execution of our editorial content across digital channels with QA, including Email, Site, and SMS/MMS channels.
  • Support the team from pre-season planning through in-season execution in the creation and maintenance of overarching as well as channel-specific strategic planning materials and hindsight recaps.
  • Own the relationship with our franchise team, keeping them abreast of seasonal GTM strategies and providing them with any needed GTM strategy and storytelling materials.
  • Build and maintain regular competitive analysis reporting.
  • Assist with in-season performance and analytics reporting across digital channels.
  • Support team members with special projects.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing.
  • Organized and proactive with strong attention to detail and ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Team player with exceptional communication skills who enjoys building close relationships and working collaboratively across all areas of the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree.
