Assistant Media Planner, Media Strategy - Acura New

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist team in formulating and compiling media recommendations, including strategic recommendations, campaign briefs, and tactical recommendations.
• Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting such as flowcharts, budget inputs, competitive deep dives, Media Tools inputs, and campaign buy details.
• Assist the Media Planner on campaign execution, management, and reporting.
• Compile data from syndicated research runs, analyze and extract insights to inform strategy.
• Train and manage work for Interns.

Requirements

• Organizational skills and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure.
• Comfortable with numbers and general math.
• Ability to interpret research and analyze data.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Eagerness to learn about the media landscape, marketplace, and client's business.
• Resourcefulness and proactive attitude.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop collaborative relationships with internal/external teams and media vendors.
• Adaptability and openness to constructive criticism.

Nice to Have

• A passion or knowledge of the auto marketplace.
• Media strategy planning experience.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; does not require a college degree.

Benefits & Perks

• Hourly rate of $20.00 an hour, equivalent to $36,400 gross pay per year.
• This position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime compensation.
