About the Role

The Associate Director, Customer Marketing, based in Iselin, NJ, will play a vital role in driving demand, guiding end-users through their buying journey, and leading a high-performing team to design and execute impactful campaigns, collaborate with global partners, and engage target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive regional target segmentation and lead all buyer journey initiatives—operationalizing the process to deliver the right content, to the right audience, at the right time, through the most impactful channels.
  • Partner with global marketing peers to ensure a unified, aligned approach—translating insights into creative strategies across the IND, MED, and SCI customer segments.
  • Own the full lifecycle of key marketing initiatives—from ideation with Field Sales and Strategic Accounts, to development, execution, and ongoing optimization—designed to generate demand and achieve critical business objectives.
  • Oversee end-user trade show strategy and execution, ensuring events deliver measurable engagement and impact.
  • Design, execute, and maintain the regional content library, creating intuitive tools and processes that empower Sales and Customer teams.
  • Manage local market translation needs, ensuring all adaptations align with the agreed marketing strategy.
  • Own and manage the full end-user marketing calendar for the region, keeping all initiatives strategically timed and coordinated.
  • Lead agency partnerships, maximizing collaboration and performance where applicable.
  • Oversee co-branding programs, including packaging and materials, to strengthen brand presence and alignment.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach plans, including media strategy and optimization in partnership with third parties and the omni-channel team.
  • Lead strategic account marketing and ABM programs across the IND, SCI, and MED customer bases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.
  • 8-10 years of Marketing or Customer/Trade Marketing experience.
  • Sales experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and manage through complexity, setting priorities and often leading members of a project team toward a common goal.
  • Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.
  • Occasional travel required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.
  • 8-10 years of Marketing or Customer/Trade Marketing experience.
