About the Role

Join a Fortune 500 company! As the Associate Operator Marketing Manager - Citadels, you will play a key role in driving growth within designated Citadel markets. You will collaborate closely with Sales and Culinary teams to deliver value-added solutions tailored to small restaurant chains. Your focus will be on leveraging hyper-local insights to create relevant, city-specific marketing strategies that resonate with operators and consumers alike. You will own the end-to-end operator journey, from insight generation to campaign execution, and be accountable for achieving business targets within your assigned city and zone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the foodservice landscape in designated cities.
  • Identify actionable insights based on local menus, competitor activity, and consumer demographics.
  • Translate insights into strategic execution plans with full ownership from concept to marketplace delivery.
  • Localize master brand campaigns to create tools and assets for the sales team.
  • Partner with Culinary to deliver regionally inspired menu concepts.
  • Create operator-specific content for digital platforms to drive demand generation.
  • Support initiatives to expand the contactable operator database.
  • Identify and plan UFS presence at local foodservice events and activities.
  • Develop and execute 360° marketing plans for event participation.
  • Collaborate across digital and trade marketing to ensure consistent messaging and content relevancy in key Citadels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in foodservice or hospitality is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Skills in campaign development, brand management, and marketing communications.
  • Experience with digital & social media marketing, including email marketing, social media engagement, and digital content creation.
  • Proficiency in research and analysis tools, including PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with culinary, sales, and marketing teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in foodservice or hospitality.
