Associate Brand Manager - Diplomatico

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Brand Manager in diagnostics, development, and execution of marketing plans, including market research, business performance analysis, competitive analysis, and consumer insights.
• Assist in managing advertising and promotional campaigns, including creative development, media planning, and budget tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, finance, insights, and operations to align and implement marketing initiatives and brand plans.
• Track and analyze business data to recommend marketing actions related to advertising, promotion, product, pricing, and retail programs.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns and deliver high-quality work.
• Support trade marketing and shopper initiatives, including in-store programs, toolkits, and POS execution.
• Lead execution and deployment of paid and owned media, including content, influencer campaigns, email, and social media.
• Conduct quality assurance for paid media campaigns and guide media plan development.
• Ensure creative content complies with guidelines, manage content mapping, and oversee adaptations of existing creative materials.
• Support media performance reporting, optimization, and provide feedback and summaries for leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of proven brand-building and marketing success.
• Ability to gather and interpret data to inform marketing decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of digital and social media platforms and how to leverage them for brand building.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, taking initiative and embracing ownership.
• Experience or knowledge in spirits/beverage alcohol industry, preferably with off-premise experience.
• Strong understanding of digital/modern media marketing including CRM, social media, and community management.
• Experience with multicultural marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or similar.
• 2-3 years of marketing and brand-building experience.
