Associate Brand Manager, Ice Cream/Frozen Fruit

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with your category leader to create short and long-term category objectives and strategies, and lead the execution of category plans and tactics to meet business goals.
• Work with the Communications team to manage marketing communications, including development of creative briefs, evaluation, and measurement.
• Help develop and execute integrated communication plans by working with media, digital, and shopper marketing agencies.
• Partner with Market Research to develop consumer research that identifies insights to grow the portfolio.
• Utilize tools and dashboards to analyze shipment trends, consumption patterns, competitive activity, and market trends, providing actionable insights to management.
• Present monthly analysis to leadership based on data from sources like IRI and internal reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Innovation, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to develop strategies that drive growth and resolve issues.
• Manage and track marketing budget.
• Develop and update packaging for new and existing products.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and support other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' business or consumer goods experience supporting organizational initiatives.
• General consumer products industry knowledge.
• Understanding of media and digital marketing trends; digital marketing experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills; syndicated data experience (IRI/Nielsen) a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage workloads effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and accountable with a positive attitude.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods, lift 15 pounds, and reach overhead.
• Occasional travel required.
