About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop multimedia marketing, communications, and branding initiatives with measurable impact.
• Provide creative direction and strategic leadership, shaping copy, design, and multimedia storytelling from concept to execution.
• Collaborate on marketing and communications strategies with the Marketing & Communications team and other organizational partners.
• Leverage current and explore trending creative channels and technologies to promote new ideas.
• Ensure the timely execution of plans, campaigns, and projects to meet budget, brand growth, and goals.
• Lead the development of multimedia concepts, strategies, and client presentations.
• Manage and supervise multiple projects and team members, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately.
• Direct the design and development of creative materials, maintaining brand identity and message consistency.
• Evaluate creative team performance and guide improvements.
• Mentor and inspire teams, fostering a reputation as a trusted partner and problem solver.
• Support marketing and communications with concept, strategy, and presentation development.
• Work with senior leadership to assign work and manage creative staff and freelancers.

Requirements

• 8+ years in a senior designer or art director role in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field.
• Experience in developing multimedia creative content (design, video, digital, etc.).
• Expert knowledge of branding, design principles, and campaign development.
• Experience leading and managing creative teams.
• Strong concept and strategy development skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong creative mind and project management skills.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or B2B brands.
