Strategic Marketing Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with and work under the direction of the Creative Manager, meet with sales and PM teams to produce a variety of marketing deliverables on a day-to-day basis.
• Work with the marketing team in suggesting ways to streamline and create efficiencies in the production of deliverables including templated assets and vendor relations.
• Assess projects, identify missing pieces, and communicate that information to complete tasks quickly and clearly.
• Manage several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment under the direction of the Creative Manager and design team.
• Leverage an array of marketing templates and update content, design, and imagery daily.

Requirements

• BA or BFA in a design-related field from an accredited university.
• A minimum of 5 years as a graphic designer or similar role.
• CRE experience required.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat).
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Excellent organization, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the marketing team and internal clients.
• Ability to shift priorities and deliver projects on time, with strong time management skills.
• Ability to champion and become an expert in design, production, and printing best practices.
• Continuously drive for improvement, be flexible and adaptable, and have a structured approach to problem solving.

Nice to Have

• Experience with production methods, materials, tools, and equipment used in marketing deliverables.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects.

Qualifications
