About the Role

The HEI Internship Program is a 6 - 8 week fast track development opportunity for college students to expand their knowledge in the hospitality industry. The Intern will spend their program immersing themselves into the creative discipline focusing on Food & Beverage and Lifestyle brands by working alongside HEI's Creative Manager to create guest facing creative, engaging presentations, and digital materials to support our portfolio of over 100 hotels. The objective of this program is to provide you with a foundation that will prepare you for a long-term career within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

Create guest-facing materials, digital marketing pieces, menus, work and collaborate with other members of the Creative and Lifestyle team on various projects
Support efforts for brand consistency across entire organization
Assist with organizing our creative drive as needed
Assist with new activation ideas under the supervision of the HEI Creative Manager

Requirements

Experience in the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Knowledge of latest design trends on social media
Able to work a hybrid schedule, with some days in office at HEI Corporate Office

Qualifications

College student status (implied by the internship program)
Experience with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Knowledge of social media design trends
