About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Write, produce, and edit commercial production for clients.
• Assist in station-sponsored events when needed.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing deadlines while maintaining a calm and confident presence.
• Work well within a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
• Recognize how to craft an engaging message focused on the viewer's or client's benefit.
• Contribute to the creative process with a passion for marketing.
• Support station activities and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in commercial production.
• Advanced skills in Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Experience with DSLR cameras and lenses.
• Experience in lighting and directing talent on set and at outside shoots.
• Ability to write, shoot, and edit engaging content.
• Knowledge of the post-production process, including media management and encoding video to various formats.
• Must have or be able to attain a valid driver's license with a clean or minor-conviction driving record in the last 3 years.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for varying distances.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Must provide a commercial reel demonstrating advanced production knowledge.

Nice to Have

• FAA Drone Certification.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in broadcast production is preferred.
