About the Role

The Associate Director, Growth Marketing at University of Chicago Booth School of Business's Executive Education is a strategic, results-oriented marketer responsible for leading data-driven global marketing campaigns. The role involves managing program campaign marketing from strategy to execution, collaborating across teams and vendors, and leveraging analytics to measure impact. The position supports growth in custom programs, group enrollment, and open enrollment offerings across multiple international campuses, contributing to the school's mission to influence business education and develop leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designs and executes integrated, data-driven marketing campaigns to achieve enrollment and revenue goals for custom programs, group enrollment, and open enrollment.
  • Develops and executes targeted marketing strategies to promote group enrollment and custom programs, showcasing their value to B2B clients.
  • Collaborates with business development and enrollment teams to create tailored marketing assets that drive pipeline growth.
  • Works closely with the enrollment team to align marketing efforts with sales goals, ensuring seamless execution and communication.
  • Manages inbound and outbound marketing channels, including email, direct mail, social media, and paid media, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Supports strategy, planning, and execution of paid digital media campaigns, including media buying and vendor coordination.
  • Coordinates the creation of digital marketing assets, such as social media ads, banners, landing pages, and content, ensuring consistency with brand standards and campaign goals.
  • Fosters partnerships with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Oversees marketing budgets and resources to maximize ROI, manages purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
  • Leverages data analytics tools to track campaign performance, derive insights, and optimize campaigns.
  • Develops and presents reports on marketing initiatives, including effectiveness and revenue impact.
  • Develops marketing functions such as marketing communications, digital marketing, and market research.
  • Reviews and updates marketing infrastructure, including databases, intranet, and external websites.
  • Performs other related work as needed.

Requirements

  • A college or university degree in a related field.
  • 5-7 years of work experience in a related job discipline.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, ideally Marketo.
  • Familiarity with website content management tools such as SiteCore.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting goals and timelines.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in dynamic environments.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to balance various goals.
  • Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work with external partners.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing marketing budgets and resources.
  • Experience with digital media buying and vendor coordination.
  • Knowledge of market research and digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
