About the Role

The Associate Director, Growth Marketing (Specialty) at Humana is responsible for developing and executing integrated go-to-market plans supporting Humana's Specialty product lines. This role involves collaborating cross-functionally to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives, driving acquisitions across products such as dental, vision, and life insurance, and leading agile marketing initiatives in a regulated healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Stand up new working model for developing and executing marketing for Specialty products
Own the marketing backlog and roadmap for growth campaigns, prioritize initiatives based on impact and strategic alignment
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand goals, define requirements, and translate them into actionable marketing plans
Partner with Brand, Creative, Media, Analytics, and Operations teams to ensure timely and effective campaign execution
Use data and insights to inform targeting, messaging, and channel strategy across acquisition and engagement efforts
Ensure compliance with regulatory and brand standards, especially in healthcare-related communications
Lead cross-functional team, facilitate agile ceremonies and workflows, including sprint planning, stand-ups, complex problem solving, and retrospectives
Monitor campaign performance and backlog health, optimizing for growth and efficiency
Serve as the voice of the Specialty business within the marketing organization, advocating for member needs and business priorities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field or equivalent years of required experience
5+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or related disciplines, ideally within healthcare or a regulated industry
Strong leadership skills with 1-3 years experience leading marketing teams
Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing go-to-market, product launch, and growth strategies
Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
Strong project management skills, with 1-3 years experience leading cross-functional teams and managing timelines and budgets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills suited for both leadership and technical audiences
Solid experience working within highly regulated industries

Nice to Have

Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or similar) in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
Agile Certification
Experience in agile product management or as a Product Owner in cross-functional environments
Demonstrated success in driving adoption and engagement for specialty products or benefits
Experience with segmentation, market research, and performance measurement

Qualifications

Educational background in relevant fields or equivalent experience
Experience in healthcare or regulated industries
