Key Responsibilities

  • Drive implementation of a comprehensive HCP (Psychiatrists and NP/PAs) marketing plan focused on schizophrenia, with field force as key target audience
  • Develop engaging and informative educational materials, resources, and tools to support HCPs in treating and managing patients with schizophrenia effectively
  • Develop promotional materials to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and differentiation to HCPs
  • Effectively partner with HCP Agency of Record, providing clear expectations, guidance, and feedback to ensure marketing excellence

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Proven success in launching and commercializing pharmaceutical products
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into marketing strategies
  • Experience managing external resources and partners, including advertising agencies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment with understanding of FDA regulations and guidelines
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Willing to travel up to 25%

Nice to Have

  • Experience in neuropsychiatry or related therapeutic areas
  • Knowledge of the schizophrenia treatment landscape
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global organization

Qualifications

  • Educational background with a BS/BA degree; MBA preferred
