About the Role

The Associate Director, Integrated Media Planning role at OMD involves managing the daily strategic needs of the business, integrating with broader teams, creative partners, and media owners. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily strategic needs of the business and ensure the vision of the team and agency comes to life in work, thought leadership, and ideas.
  • Orchestrate a strategic mix of solutions that solve client business challenges in a constantly evolving media landscape.
  • Build partnerships with clients, media owners, creative partners, and internal teams to deliver integrated media plans.
  • Think creatively to develop innovative ways to bring brands, objectives, and platforms together.
  • Identify and bring to life new and impactful opportunities through innovation and emerging media.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a four-year college or university.
  • 5+ years of integrated media planning experience.
  • Proven ability to handle big client ambitions and create holistic channel approaches.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
  • Experience collaborating with media owners, agency business units, and creative partners.
  • Proven leadership ability and experience managing a team, with a desire to grow and develop talent.
  • Advanced knowledge of media fundamentals and the ability to educate others at all levels.
  • Strong comfort level with data, analytics, and measurement.
  • Experience in beauty industry required.
  • CPG experience is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the CPG industry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • 5+ years of integrated media planning experience
