About the Role

The Sr Manager, Channel Strategy & Operations at Lowe's Media Network is responsible for developing audience strategies, measurement frameworks, and performance benchmarks to guide scalable execution. This role manages the in-house team activating multi-million-dollar media budgets, ensures adherence to best practices, and drives cross-channel performance. The position involves leading strategy creation, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, staying updated on ad tech advancements, and optimizing digital channels to improve marketing outcomes within Lowe's Media Network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the in-house hands-on team responsible for activating multi-million-dollar media budgets, ensuring adherence to best practices and driving cross-channel performance.
  • Lead the creation and evolution of multi-channel strategy guides that align with business objectives and growth goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop and implement new workflows and operational models that improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of ad tech advancements, competitive trends, and partner capabilities; apply this knowledge to foster innovation and improve digital marketing outcomes.
  • Lead rigorous testing and optimization efforts across digital channels; define success metrics, report key insights, and iterate strategy based on performance data.
  • Manage prioritization of onsite inventory and channel capabilities; translate business needs into actionable product roadmaps and functional requirements.
  • Directly manage team members while influencing global, cross-functional teams within a matrixed environment; foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications or equivalent work experience.
  • 8-10 Years in Marketing, Media or related work experience.
  • 6 years of experience running campaigns on the Google tech stack and on social media channels.
  • Demonstrated success leading digital media buying teams.

Nice to Have

  • Master's Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications.
  • +R23 years of Agency Experience.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in Business, Marketing or Communications (Bachelor's or Master's preferred).
  • Experience with digital media campaigns, particularly on Google and social media platforms.
