KPMG is seeking an Associate Director, Product Marketing & GTM Lead for Digital Finance Products to join their Clients & Markets organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product naming from concept to clearance, including trademark pre checks, brand architecture fit, and naming systems.
  • Develop category definition and POV that position the software and products as category-defining, articulating a strong and differentiated value proposition across channels.
  • Build content strategy across the funnel, including POV papers, solution briefs, demo videos, case studies, microsites/landing pages, webinars, and email nurtures.
  • Build a messaging house (product, solution, industry, role-based) and proof library (use cases, ROI, security posture, risk, and trusted narratives for AI).
  • Set the voice and tone for the product across owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Own the GTM plan, including segments, buying personas, pricing/packaging guidance, launch phases, and routes to market.
  • Partner with Sales/BD to design the pipeline operating model, lead flow, MQL/SQL definitions, SLA with account teams, forecasting cadence, and close-loop reporting.
  • Influence SEO strategy and conversion optimization through keyword universe, schema, backlink strategy, A/B testing, form strategy, and UX copy.
  • Run digital campaigns (paid search, paid social, retargeting), grow social presence, and create sales playbooks, discovery guides, objection handling, battlecards, pricing one-pagers, and demo storylines.
  • Partner with Product and Delivery teams to translate roadmaps into value narratives and customer-ready demos.
  • Build events strategy for launches, conferences, summits, and partner events, securing speaking opportunities and defining success metrics.
  • Maintain competitive intelligence and feed insights back to Product and GTM teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum ten years of recent experience in B2B product marketing or GTM for enterprise software, AI, SaaS, or technology-enabled services.
  • Minimum five years of experience owning launches, sales enablement, and scaling companies from 5 to 100 customers.
  • Experience partnering with Sales/BD to build pipeline, define MQL/SQL, and improve conversion rates in complex sales cycles.
  • Proficiency with marketing tech and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Marketo/HubSpot, Seismic, Google Analytics, SEMrush, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Power BI, Tableau.
  • Background in professional services or regulated industries with familiarity with independence and client confidentiality standards preferred.
  • Understanding of enterprise AI concepts like LLMs, RAG, data governance, model risk, and human-in-the-loop.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Proven success in category creation/definition, including naming and positioning.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to Have

  • MBA or relevant master's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience with joint partner launches, startups, and hyperscalers.
  • Ownership of digital demand engines for complex technology solutions.
  • Experience in professional services or regulated industries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • Proficiency with marketing technology and analytics tools.
  • Minimum of ten years of relevant experience in B2B product marketing or GTM roles.
