Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategy for digital and non-personal promotion marketing multichannel plan for Breast cancer products.
Focus on digital strategy integration with personal promotion, understanding consumer and market insights.
Plan and deploy media strategies and develop comprehensive strategies with clear performance metrics.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing plans across current and future indications.
Report directly to the US Head of Marketing.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree.
Experience with digital marketing, including strategy and execution.
At least 5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry.
Experience in digital marketing, consumer marketing, HCP marketing, media planning, market research/analytics, strategic planning, brand marketing, or business innovation.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team of cross-functional and technical members to achieve outcomes.

Nice to Have

Oncology or specialty care experience.
Omnichannel execution experience.
Experience across multiple promotional channels (Personal, Non-Personal, Digital, Patient marketing).

Qualifications

Relevant experience in digital marketing and healthcare/pharmaceutical industry.
