Key Responsibilities

  • Leading a team focused on minimizing customer disconnects and achieving leading churn performance within the Mobile Consumer base.
  • Identifying key opportunities for churn intervention and developing strategies and offers to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Addressing customer pain points that contribute to dissatisfaction and future disconnections at various time points (e.g., 30, 60, 90 days).
  • Collaborating with other groups within the base marketing team, leveraging models, behavioral insights, and data to inform programs.
  • Ensuring programs are grounded in insights, clearly articulated, financially feasible, and flawlessly executed.
  • Developing business cases to support programs and securing financial approvals.
  • Using BI resources to analyze performance and optimize programs continuously.
  • Developing and communicating comprehensive annual & quarterly marketing plans to protect the consumer base and maximize revenue.
  • Playing a key role in the NBx platform by ensuring the right offers are available, targeted, and prioritized.
  • Facilitating insights from subscribers via surveys, research, AI insights, and partnerships with CMI.
  • Identifying high-risk subscribers through models and behavior analysis.
  • Designing programs to identify root issues and building holistic offer portfolios aligned with business strategy.
  • Developing and optimizing audiences and offers by program.
  • Setting valuations and prioritizing NBx propositions.
  • Partnering with base Pricing & Product marketing teams and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • Supporting customer retention and revenue growth through collaboration across marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Eight or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work, military experience, or specialized training.
  • Experience managing products from ideation through development to launch.
  • Experience managing large-scale marketing budgets, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to set strategy and follow through with execution.
  • Experience managing a team of highly skilled marketers.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with base management and lifecycle engagement tactics.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, simple language.
  • Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • A Master's degree, ideally an MBA.
  • Demand generation and/or digital marketing expertise.
  • Leadership in digital space and strong knowledge of digital media platforms.
  • Experience managing multiple initiatives within tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to take initiative, influence others, and achieve results.
  • Comfort working within the marketing matrix and managing changing priorities.

Qualifications

  • Educational background including a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Significant professional experience (8+ years) in relevant marketing roles.

  • Salary range from $129,000 to $247,000 depending on location and experience.
