About the Role

Corcept Therapeutics is leading the research and development of cortisol modulators to treat serious diseases, including oncology. The company focuses on advancing cortisol modulation therapies across various disease areas such as endocrinology, oncology, metabolism, and neurology. Key Responsibilities

  • Leads the development and execution of tactical marketing plans to deliver patient support materials that promote Corcept's program to healthcare providers, patients, and care providers.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, especially patient support and brand marketing teams, to support a positive patient and provider access experience.
  • Manages external agency partners to ensure timely and financially responsible execution of key marketing initiatives.
  • Oversees the development of the pull-through platform (e.g., MMIT FormTrak) and related resources to communicate payer coverage and access to healthcare providers and patients.
  • Assists in the development and execution of payer marketing strategies and materials, including pre-approval information exchange (PIE) and post-approval payer value resources.
  • Supports the development of key community oncology customer marketing strategies and materials to remove barriers to adoption and communicate product information to segments such as specialty distributors and pharmacies.
  • Ensures all initiatives align with the company's ethics and patient-first principles, driving collaboration and data-driven decision making.

Requirements

  • Experience with marketing patient support programs.
  • Experience with pull-through platforms and resources.
  • Strategic mindset and patient-centric approach to business.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with oral and infused oncology therapies.
  • Demonstrated collaborative and results-oriented work style.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to engage all organizational levels.
  • Working knowledge of US healthcare policies and relevant legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical promotions.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 8-10 years of pharmaceutical experience.
  • 2-5 years in market access marketing (payer, key customer, patient support).
  • US oncology launch experience preferred.
  • Some travel required, including trips to headquarters and meeting locations (25%).

  • Experience with US oncology launch experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 8-10 years of pharmaceutical experience.
  • 2-5 years in market access marketing (payer, key customer, patient support).
