Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute the vision and strategy for patient- and APP-focused initiatives across the CELMoDs portfolio.
  • Assist with consumer-related activities including message development, campaign creation, marketing plan development, and business/channel analytics.
  • Develop comprehensive APP plans, including personal and NPP engagement, and collaborate with CNCs to create engaging educational resources.
  • Oversee the successful and timely execution of plans and tactics.
  • Demonstrate strong financial stewardship over budgets using various management tools.
  • Collaborate with matrix partners across marketing, medical, AI&A, omnichannel strategy, sales, legal, and compliance teams to develop and implement marketing materials.
  • Build relationships with other US Oncology Patient Marketing leads, advocacy groups, and corporate communications to support strategic programs.
  • Manage multiple agency teams and foster collaborative partnerships.
  • Ensure all business activities comply with BMS's values, policies, SOPs, and applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • BA degree or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of relevant marketing or brand management experience, preferably in oncology or multiple myeloma.
  • Experience in managing external resources such as advertising and media agencies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
  • Experience in conducting primary and secondary market research and deriving key insights.
  • Experience leading multi-functional teams to achieve objectives.

Nice to Have

  • Oncology experience is helpful but not required.
  • Experience with US market launch is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Educational background includes a BA degree or equivalent; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
