Associate Director, Regional Marketing - ONC Prostate - NYC/Boston

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a focused, field-based marketing team to engage and develop Thought Leaders and execute regional meetings and programs for NUBEQA and XOFIGO to Healthcare Professionals (HCP).
  • Act as Brand Champion to deliver brand communication strategy.
  • Establish and maintain KOL relationships for the prostate franchise to communicate product strategy and create a supportive TL base.
  • Identify and recommend TLs to provide brand insight and execute peer-to-peer programs beyond their own practice.
  • Create deeper relationships with customers by engaging across different channels and activities (conferences, advisory boards, consulting, speaker's bureau, etc.).
  • Collaborate with field teams to identify key KOLs/stakeholders to engage while maintaining a focus on the highest target/influential KOLs.
  • Coordinate and execute plans for company presence at regional and national conferences, including sponsorships, TL engagement, and promotional programs.
  • Support executive and senior leadership encounters at major industry conventions (AUA, ASCO, etc.).
  • Create content and materials for conferences and achieve internal approval for effective presence.
  • Share insights from conferences with sales and brand teams to maximize utility.
  • Lead identification and monitor utilization of TLs and execution of speaker programs.
  • Provide input into peer-to-peer program content updates.
  • Support field with speaker assessment and selection.
  • Own or contribute to marketing projects that drive brand strategy, such as digital marketing, advisory boards, GPO initiatives, and POA planning.
  • Participate in prostate franchise field advisory boards, piloting new materials and testing effectiveness.
  • Contribute to development of regional strategic business plans and provide customer insight.
  • Partner with sales and internal teams to align on business strategy for the brands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • 5-7 years' experience in the pharma/biotech industry with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • 2 years experience working within the oncology or urology therapeutic areas.
  • Proven accomplishment in identifying and driving a strategic approach to business.
  • Proven track record of sales, customer-facing success, and/or project management.
  • Significant experience in creating, maintaining and growing relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively cross-functionally, both within the organization and with external partners.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong organizational skills.
  • Desire to build marketing capability or advance in sales leadership.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree with a life science background.
  • Marketing or other functional/leadership experience in sales training, sales management, market access, and/or other commercial areas.
  • Experience and relations working with academic institutions and key accounts.

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary between $143,240.00 - $214,860.00.
  • Additional compensation may include bonus or commission.
