Associate Director, Regional Marketing - Oncology Portfolio - Western USA is responsible for engaging healthcare professionals, developing thought leader relationships, executing regional programs, and supporting brand strategy within the oncology and urology therapeutic areas across the Western United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with Oncology Thought Leaders (TLs) in the field of prostate cancer through various channels and activities to create positive product perception and deep relationships.
  • Identify and recommend TLs to provide brand insight, collaborating with the local team to focus on top influencers and emerging leaders.
  • Develop and maintain clinical expertise to challenge and advance TL thinking, leveraging data, brand strategy, and messaging.
  • Contribute to sentiment tracking along the TL Journey to motivate TLs to become vocal champions for Nubeqa & Xofigo.
  • Coordinate and execute plans for company presence at regional and national prostate conferences, including content repurposing, approvals, and staffing.
  • Lead TL meetings and support senior leadership encounters at conferences and industry meetings.
  • Lead marketing-initiated peer-to-peer (P2P) speaker programs, including national broadcasts and third-party speaker engagements.
  • Support field teams with TL recommendations for speaker programs and contribute to speaker bureau management.
  • Localize marketing initiatives and digital programs to meet regional needs, including tailoring brand materials and digital solutions.
  • Coordinate, share, and consolidate customer insights and intelligence from various internal partners to enable effective brand strategy execution.
  • Lead advisory boards, develop objectives, oversee content and execution, and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with local teams to enable engagement opportunities such as sponsorships, conferences, and events.
  • Travel up to 50% within the territory for customer engagements, conferences, and internal meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • 5-7 years' experience in the pharma/biotech industry with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • 2 years experience working within the oncology or urology therapeutic areas.
  • Proven success in identifying and executing strategic business approaches.
  • Track record of sales, customer engagement, and project management success.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally and with external partners.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree with a life science background.
  • Experience in marketing, sales training, sales management, or market access.
  • Experience working with academic institutions and key accounts.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in life sciences (preferred).
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or related fields (preferred).

  • Salary between $150,930.00 and $226,396.00, with potential bonuses or commissions.
