Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the expert marketer for GRE, crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy across digital, MarTech, traditional advertising, PR, & brand development.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and finance to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts and marketing automation to enhance online presence and lead generation for both B2C and B2B audiences.
  • Strategically plan and manage marketing budgets to align with organizational goals.
  • Spearhead customer acquisition initiatives and devise retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Supervise pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising, and public relations activities.
  • Oversee performance marketing, content creation, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.
  • Support both global agendas and local business units as a marketing thought leader.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a results-driven marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.
  • Ensure the marketing department is equipped with necessary resources and focused on achieving key goals.
  • Drive growth by evolving GRE's communication strategy based on data-driven insights and media landscape changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related fields; MBA strongly preferred.
  • 13+ years of successful experience leading teams (on-site and remote) in a matrix-based environment.
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies, especially in digital and performance marketing.
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor, and motivate teams.
  • Ability to utilize data insights to inform strategy and adapt to changing media and consumer behaviors.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in education, assessment, or related industries.
  • Knowledge of MarTech tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience working in a global or multicultural environment.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in business or related fields, with an MBA preferred.
  • Extensive leadership experience in marketing roles.
