Associate Director, Sleep Marketing (Remote)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of congress presence strategy and execute customized content for national and regional sleep congresses, including booth presence, sponsorships, and product theaters.
• Lead the strategy and development of unbranded and branded medical education decks, including approval processes and speaker bureau management.
• Develop and execute HCP advocacy strategies and plans.
• Lead performance measurement and reporting across assets and KPIs to ensure effective delivery of messaging and campaigns.
• Coordinate and plan PMRC reviews related to HCP marketing activities.
• Manage HCP marketing budgets, including work orders, accruals, and forecasts, working with cross-functional teams such as finance and commercial services.
• Collaborate with sales teams to plan and coordinate efforts.
• Execute and refine tactical marketing plans to drive product adoption among target audiences.
• Participate in annual brand planning and coordinate full market activities and activations.
• Represent the brand vision and marketing team objectives, ensuring compliance with regulatory and medical marketing parameters.
• Think strategically across indications to identify opportunities for investment and alignment.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and demonstrate Jazz corporate values daily.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related discipline; MBA is desirable.
• 5+ years of US pharmaceutical HCP marketing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong analytical, planning, project management, and organizational skills.
• Experience demonstrating growth in responsibility and scope within pharmaceutical or commercial roles.
• Willingness to travel as necessary; position is primarily home-based.

Nice to Have

• Specialty pharmaceutical marketing experience.
• HCP personal and/or non-personal marketing experience.

Qualifications

• Educational background in life sciences or related fields.
• Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, particularly in HCP settings.
