Associate Director, Sleep Marketing (Remote)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of congress presence strategy and execute customized content across congress booth presence, sponsorships, and product theaters.
• Lead the strategy and development of unbranded and branded medical education decks, including approval processes and speaker bureau management.
• Develop and execute HCP advocacy strategies and plans.
• Lead performance measurement and reporting across responsible assets and KPIs to ensure effective messaging and campaign delivery.
• Coordinate and plan PMRC reviews and manage HCP marketing budgets, including work orders, accruals, and forecasts.
• Work cross-functionally to plan and coordinate efforts with sales teams.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and other functions to execute and refine HCP tactical plans aimed at driving product adoption.
• Participate in the development and execution of the annual brand planning process.
• Build and coordinate a comprehensive view of market activities and activations.
• Think strategically across indications to identify opportunities for alignment and investment maximization.
• Represent the brand vision and marketing team objectives, ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance parameters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related discipline; MBA is desirable.
• At least 5 years of previous US pharmaceutical HCP marketing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong analytical, planning, project management, and organizational skills.
• Experience demonstrating growth in responsibility and scope within pharmaceutical or related fields.

Nice to Have

• Specialty pharmaceutical marketing experience.
• HCP personal and/or non-personal marketing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related discipline.
• MBA (desirable).
• Minimum of 5 years of US pharmaceutical HCP marketing experience.
