Job Description

About the Role

The Associate Director US Vaccines Payer Marketing role is part of the U.S. Vaccines business unit, focusing on Managed Care Organizations, Payers, Employers, and other large customers. The position involves working closely with customer segment leads, marketing teams, and stakeholders to develop promotional resources and enhance digital engagement with organized customers, supporting strategic imperatives for vaccine brands and portfolio needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive evolution of organized customer engagement tools, resources, and communications through a digital, omnichannel approach.
  • Collaborate with account executives and brand teams to meet organized customer needs and design customer-specific tools and resources.
  • Develop organized customer tools and resources supporting the vaccines portfolio, new indications, and pre-launch activities.
  • Manage creation and monitoring of Agency scope of work (SOWs) and Agency evaluation processes.
  • Ensure operational proficiency of Agencies and outsourced vendors.
  • Manage projects and programs involving content development, design, approvals, and production.
  • Oversee administration of promotional budgets for projects and deliverables.
  • Work collaboratively with teams including OCAR, IAM, VKCL, Strategic Alliances, Market Research, Analytics, CORE, Medical Affairs, and Brand Teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years in marketing, marketing support, and vendor/agency relations at the company.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute brand and customer marketing strategies, including digital engagement.
  • Ability to work in an emerging and evolving environment with innovative approaches.
  • Experience and success in cross-functional leadership and teamwork.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and activating customer and brand market research insights.

Nice to Have

  • Organized Customer Landscape experience.
  • Managed Care, Payer Marketing experience.
  • Product launch or launch planning experience.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree required.
  • Preferred: MBA or other advanced degree.

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary range of $139,600.00 - $219,700.00, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Annual bonus and long-term incentive eligibility.
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans (401(k)), paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
  • Hybrid work model with three days on-site and Fridays remote, unless business needs dictate otherwise.
