We're looking for an Associate Retention Marketer to join our Growth Marketing team to help activate, engage, and retain our diverse user base. You'll craft and execute personalized, data-informed campaigns that improve the athlete experience and drive measurable business outcomes. Working closely with Product, Design, Partnerships, and other teams across Strava, you'll help test, iterate, and scale experiments that deepen engagement and foster long-term retention.
