About the Role

The associate manager, Marketing Operations - Latin America & Caribbean at Starbucks is responsible for leading marketing integration efforts across categories, brand, communications, and digital customer experience within the Latin America & Caribbean region. The role involves strategic marketing planning, data analytics, insights, and reporting to support regional marketing intelligence and operations. The position contributes to Starbucks' customer-centered marketing approach by developing and executing go-to-market strategies, optimizing processes, and supporting cross-functional collaboration to scale initiatives effectively and efficiently in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the execution of project deliverables and timelines.
  • Coordinate approvals and CMP organization production and integration.
  • Develop and update integrated plans that include deliverables, strategic alignment, regional impacts, milestones, risks, assumptions, constraints, and overall investment.
  • Recommend solution approaches for campaign execution leveraging existing tools and capabilities.
  • Provide input into operational business requirements for the development of new processes, capabilities, tools, and systems.
  • Participate in the validation of new capabilities, features, and tools.
  • Develop and execute marketing value-add reports and dashboards, regularly providing strategic and data-driven recommendations.
  • Facilitate regional research, analytics, insights, and ad-hoc projects.
  • Contribute to short- and long-term category, brand, and digital strategies through analytics, consumer and competitive insights, and market considerations.
  • Identify operational improvement opportunities and support process enhancements.
  • Lead/support department budget definition and management, along with other ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business, marketing, technology, or a similar field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing operations.
  • Ability to lead data workstreams from concept through production.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business partners and lead teams.
  • Able to execute vendor management processes with minimal oversight.
  • Interest in technology, data management, business intelligence, and digital innovation.
  • Prefer working knowledge of Spanish.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing operations.
