Associate Marketing Analyst (Electric Sales & Mkgt)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Gathers data, performs statistical and numerical analysis to understand customer needs, identify revenue generation opportunities, and support marketing and improvement plans.
• Analyzes documents and maintains files of customer, project, and campaign information including goals and results.
• Accesses customer systems to produce reports to support principal level employees and leaders.
• Completes projects as assigned by principal level employees and leaders.
• Provides data needed for the preparation of internal and external presentations.
• Uses continuous improvement tools to identify defects and improve processes.
• May represent the Company in customer outreach activities.
• May support the reconciliation, processing, and payment of vendor invoices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline, or obtain degree within nine months from application.
• OR Associate degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline and 2 years of marketing or related experience.
• OR High school diploma or GED and 4 years of marketing or related experience.
• Ability to collect and analyze data in a collaborative team environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with individuals at all levels inside and outside the Company.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with at least 3+ years of experience.
• Flexibility and the ability to work with shifting priorities.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.

Nice to Have

• Proven experience in vendor management with a track record of ensuring timely project execution and installation deliverables.
• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage inventory flow and maintain accurate supply chain records.
• Technical proficiency in IT coordination, including basic networking, system setup, or facilitating IT service requests.
• Experience with data management systems, especially in tracking and reporting enrollment or customer data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with vendors, IT teams, and internal stakeholders.
