About the Role

The Associate Test Engineer will be part of the team responsible for creation and maintenance of the CI/CD pipeline. The role involves creating automated tests using Python and Robot framework, setting up VM clusters, and utilizing GenAI to accelerate test development. The position is at Vertiv, a global critical infrastructure and data center technology company focused on ensuring continuous operation of vital applications through hardware, software, analytics, and services.

Key Responsibilities

Create code to test via automation units under test using Python/Robot framework
Setup of VM clusters and use of GenAI to speed test development

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent
0 to 2 years of experience in power electronics products/module testing
Development of Test Engineering software
Setup VM clusters
Experience of Automation testing required
Use of GenAI is desired
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Self-motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision
Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English

Nice to Have

Development of Test Automation Framework for CI/CD automation
Must be willing to use GenAI to help with faster development and integration of clusters/VM/Kubernetes clusters
Use of ROBOT framework a plus

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in relevant field
