AT&T Brand Representative - Full Time

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work onsite at various in-store retail based events aimed at generating brand awareness and revenue for our clients.
• Participate in daily team meetings to discuss campaign goals, business development strategies and new ways to increase brand awareness.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to expand campaigns that maximize visibility for our clients.
• Track event sales, progress and make adjustments where needed to improve results.
• Engage customers at promotional campaigns to drive sales through register.
• Learn how to effectively manage a campaign from start to finish.
• Participate in additional Business Development training opportunities.
• Receive further training and development from members of leadership and management teams to grow within the organization.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of leadership, management, sales or customer service experience.
• Strong desire to continue learning and developing professional skill sets.
• Exceptional leadership, customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and competitive spirit.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to problem solve effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfortable speaking in front of both small and large groups.
• Strong desire to work in a leadership or management role.
• Reliable transportation to travel up to 40 miles to retail partners.
• Ability to work retail hours.
