Automation Test Lead

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Review the functionality of existing systems and conduct requirement analysis.
• Define test strategy, design test cases, and lead test execution to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client leads to ensure testing aligns with business needs.
• Coordinate with team members on test planning, execution, and results documentation.
• Proactively communicate risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Track and report testing status, milestones, and effort management.
• Work with test management tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, or Zephyr.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• At least 4 years of working experience in QA Testing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Experience in requirement analysis, test planning, test designing, execution, and results documentation.
• Experience with test management systems such as HP ALM, JIRA, or Zephyr.
• Solid skills in SQL, RDBMS, and SQL/PLSQL.
• Experience in healthcare domain, specifically in US Healthcare Payer processes like Enrollment, Claims, Benefits.
• Hands-on experience with healthcare-specific tools such as QNXT, EDFIECS, Encounters, IVR.
• Experience with EDI transactions such as 834, 835, 837 P/I, 270/271, 276/277.
• Knowledge of System Integration Testing, UAT, Data migration testing, and Business Testing.
• Experience working in a client-facing role.
• Experience in test automation and knowledge of at least one test automation tool.
• Experience implementing TDD and BDD methodologies.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience in Health care specific QNXT, EDFIECS, Encounters, IVR.
• Experience in functional, UAT, E2E, data migration testing, and integration testing.
• Good understanding of healthcare payer business processes across all payer domains.
• Experience working in large program implementations with QNXT as core processing system.
• Experience with different EDI transactions: 834, 835, 837 P/I, 270/271, 276/277.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or three years of relevant experience.
