About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Estimation & Resource Planning
• Test Design Techniques, Test execution and reporting
• Analysis and review the automation tickets
• Estimate the tasks
• Develop the automation scripts, Test data creation, Integrate with Pipeline
• Lead the planning and execution of test strategies to ensure software quality and reliability
• Oversee the development and implementation of test plans and test cases using Jira and Selenium
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities
• Provide guidance and support to the testing team to achieve project goals and deadlines
• Monitor and report on test progress identifying and resolving any issues that arise
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and design effective test scenarios
• Ensure that all testing activities adhere to company standards and best practices
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality
• Manage test environments and ensure they are properly configured and maintained
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies
• Facilitate communication between testing teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Utilize domain expertise in application support to enhance testing effectiveness
• Ensure that all test documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date

Requirements

• Automation experience in WebdriverIO and Typescript
• Experience in Robot framework along with Python
• CICD Pipeline creation
• Strong experience in using Jira for test management and tracking
• Proficiency in Selenium for automated testing
• Dashboard creation
• Defect triage
• Status reporting
