About the Role

Our Hyundai/Kia store in Brooklyn is seeking an Experienced BDC Manager. If you have a proven track record, with experience running a BDC, this is the opportunity for you. We are looking for a leader with 2 years' experience that can motivate and inspire their team to tenaciously attack all phone, email, and text leads to ensure continuous showroom activity.

Key Responsibilities

Monitoring and contacting Internet leads from our website, dealer, manufacturer and third party sites
Determining each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
Learning, understanding and adhering to call and email scripts
Setting and confirming appointments, following up for each shown or missed appointment
Gathering information for out of state customers and getting that information back to them in a timely manner
Attending weekly sales meetings and trainings
Meeting with the sales managers regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analysis
Following up with all clients that are connected to the dealership for business development
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

2 years Internet / BDC Sales Management experience
High school diploma or the equivalent
A strong background in business, mathematics and computers is useful
Experience in automotive sales (2 years required)
Sales management experience (3 years required)

Nice to Have

College degree (preferred)

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Driver's License
