Bilingual Ecommerce Social Media Sales Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Host livestreams for brand campaigns
• Present and demonstrate products in a fun, persuasive way
• Drive engagement and sales with your authentic personality
• Build a loyal audience and help the brand grow
• Provide customer service such as answering emails, calls, and processing orders
• Upload 1-2 videos a day and weekly live streaming
• Join us as we continue to grow our online presence and make a significant impact in the e-commerce space

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Proven 1+ experience in marketing, content creation, ad design, and copywriting
• Proficiency in social media video editing software
• Strong ability to conceptualize and create engaging content
• Strong creative thinking skills and the ability to generate innovative ideas
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• A strong understanding of the latest marketing trends and best practices
• Experience with digital marketing tools, camera, video recorder, and platforms

Nice to Have

• Content creation experience (1-2 years)
• Experience with social media management
• Experience with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok shops
