About the Role

In the role of Brand Activation Lead you will be a key leader on the Brand Strategy & Activation team. You will be responsible for developing strategic plans that drive top of funnel brand metrics and core business KPIs. You will provide the vision and oversee the execution of brand measurement plans, brand campaign advertising, brand architecture, and serve as a key consult and stakeholder to areas like brand social, events, and media. You will work cross-functionally with a variety of teams including Product, Design, Customer Service and Communications. We are a high-impact, cross-functional team focused on building programs that connect brand engagement to business growth. We unify partnerships, Tier 1 events, social media, and advertising into one cohesive strategy designed to drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline across the Zoom portfolio. Our work spans the full funnel, and we stay relentlessly focused on outcomes and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serving as the primary lead for development of overarching brand messaging and creative content associated with brand campaigns, including overseeing commercial shoots and managing the development of multi-channel creative assets.
  • Creating a robust brand measurement structure, partnering with internal and external parties to build the infrastructure and share key brand insights with senior stakeholders to inform business strategy.
  • Partnering with Creative & Product Marketing on expanding our brand architecture to integrate new products, programs and features and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Driving brand reputation management and crisis response, liaising with Community & Customer Service teams, PR teams, Product, and other departments.
  • Managing overall brand activation calendar - what messages do we have in market and when?
  • Sourcing and managing relationships with best-in-class agency partners.
  • Setting scalable processes and systems for brand usage approvals and guidelines so Brand Marketing can continue to deliver impact globally.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in marketing, communications, or business preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing brands & products. Tech experience a plus.
  • Significant experience planning and launching successful brand advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, perception, consideration, and product/feature usage.
  • In-depth analytical skills and experience developing measurement frameworks.
