Brand Assistant

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Sample tracking for meetings and to and from our buyers
• Email follow up and approval requests
• Fill out copy and description template excel forms
• Order processing via EDI and sometimes manually entering into our ERP system (depending on the client)
• Prepare photoshoot samples
• Assist on set at occasional photoshoots
• Bonus if you're able to do some occasional content creation

Requirements

• Sales or fashion experience
• Knowledge of basic fashion terminology
• Knowledge of Microsoft suite
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration
• Ability to work independently while being a supportive team member

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of sales experience
• 1-2 years of marketing experience
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Entry level
